Parnam Swami ji,
I meditate in the morning.
But i could not overcome my negative thoughts.I am not doing anything for the society but i am expecting lot from it.I am thinking bad about my own near and dear ones .Before now i didnot think any positive or negative thoughts about them. But now i donot like even talk to them.because i feel very upset with my thoughts .
even though they did not harm with bad words or they are staying with me .
I thought myself of not thinking bad about them but i could not.I know in difficulties only God will help but why we are expecting from others.and when they did not help or could not help we donot like to talk to them or feal bad about them.
This is bacause i am selfish .How to overcome this?Thanks for helping me. |
